The Black Spur Inn, formerly known as the Narbethong Hotel, has recently undergone a change
in ownership and full refurbishment. The historic inn, which was first established in 1863,
provides high quality and comfortable well-appointed facilities whilst maintaining the rich
atmosphere of its exciting past.
The picturesque 90 km drive from Melbourne to the Black Spur Inn, takes you through the vineyards of
the Yarra Valley, Healesville and the Yarra Ranges National Park along the iconic Black Spur Road which
takes you over the southern tip of the Great Dividing Range and brings you to the gateway to the mystic mountains.
