We accept bookings in good faith and will hold booked hotel rooms/cabins/lodge/package bookings for clients after being supplied with credit card details or a 50% deposit. Should you fail to provide your deposit within seven days of your booking, we may release your booking.
Hotel room/Cabin bookings cancelled after 10am the day prior to the reservation date will incur a charge for one night’s accommodation for each room cancelled.
Lodge bookings cancelled after 10am within 7 days of the reservation date will incur the first night’s accommodation charge at our normal rate.
Group Bookings for Weekends (defined as 3 or more rooms) Group bookings require a minimum deposit of $300 to be paid within 7 days of booking. Cancellation of the Group Booking within 7 days of arrival will incur a $300 cancellation fee.
Hotel rooms, cabins or Lodge bookings cancelled after 10am the day prior to the reservation date will incur a charge for the first night’s accommodation plus forfeiture of the full deposit paid.
Package bookings cancelled after 10am within 2 days of the reservation date, will incur the first night’s accommodation charge at our normal rate.
No Show – A non-arrival will trigger liability for the full amount of your reservation
